Aina Baizan-Urgell


Aina joined The Diffley Partnership as a researcher in November 2019 and has since undertaken studies across a range of disciplines and for clients across Scotland.

She arrived in Scotland in 2016 via Italy, where she attained an MSc in public policy, and Spain, where she graduated with a BSc in Political Science in Barcelona. Before joining us, Aina worked as an early stage researcher with Edinburgh University, in a study looking at the influence of environmental factors on children’s cognitive development. She is skilled as a quantitative and qualitative researcher with a strong interest in evaluation methods and social change.
